These terms cover use of the 3 Ton Chain Hoist Sourcing inquiry pages. The site is an independent sourcing desk. It does not manufacture hoists, hold inventory or bind a factory until that factory issues its own quotation.

Inquiries

Submitting the form asks us to review product, quantity, destination and sourcing requirements. A submitted form is not a purchase order and not a confirmed factory price.

Quotes and documents

Factory quotes, certificates, packing lists and delivery promises remain the quoting supplier's responsibility. We may relay documents. We do not re-issue them as our own credentials.
